I ordered two of these grow lights for seed starting and maintaining some indoor plants, and I can definitely attest to their power.The LEDS have a fairly broad angle, which is fine for plants centered underneath the unit, but there is considerable spread around the margins, so it may be worthwhile to contain your plants in an area with reflective surfaces (i.e., mylar) to maximize efficiency.
